I am Light144. 

From a very young age , I was spiritually connected, which led to me understanding my natural healing abilities through lifetimes 

of experience as a healer.

I have studied many different holistic healing modalities, such as Life Alignment, Reiki, Qi-Gong, Crystal Healing, Aroma Therapy, Breath Work, Sound Therapy and many more. All of this has culminated into my own healing modality, helping people to create deep-rooted and profound transformations in their life.

My mission is to help people reconnect to their own personal power understanding their soul frequency and to live in alignment with their highest timeline and in a state of Well-being and equilibrium.
